Old Ethiopian Telsums - 1

This is not yet the necklace I want to make, I just put the Telsums on a black wool chain to keep them together. I will make the necklace when I have all the beads ordered and I intend to use dark violett wool to hold it together. Special thanks go to Akkie.

  • You're welcome Eva. Succes with completing the necklace.
  • Today I also got some telsum beads from Hillary (Ethnic member), beautiful old ones, what a lucky day! I only do not know yet which type of ficelle (string?) I should take, leather probably better (the necklace gets rather heavy).  It looks now like this: (displayed on a bag of fresh cola nuts from the Niger, arrived today via a friend).2463567606?profile=original
