  • Mustafa, here the three bangles I have a t home will post next week-end more of them.  These are rather small ones.  They do not carry any mark, as old/antique silver of Ethiopia are never marked.  Marking silver is something which started as late as 1976-80 about.  It was not an requirement.

  • Thank you Ingrid for posting these. They are really the same as the ones I posted from Libya. These from Libya are also good silver 900 as most of  the Libyan Silver. In Tripoli marking is quite old as a requirement which is an advantage now for approximate dating and also for making sure that it is silver. This is a new piece of information for me thanks for that Ingrid.
