Belt Buckle - Balkan

This buckle is around 26cm wide and heavy. High silver with parts of the pattern gold plated. Each section is featuring a hallmark but it is very tiny and I could not decipher it. The workmanship is outstanding.

     Peter,Really beautiful. I am in great awe.

    Doesn't this also show the influence of India via the zipsies? To me it comes over as Ottoman design with influence of the Indian skill.?  Apowerful piece . GR. Ingrid.
