Very nice beads! They remind me a lot of the Ethiopian hairpin I bought recently...... and then also a bracelet from Ethiopia that some People say it is from Jemen. Perhaps some of the Ethiopian items have been made by Jemen silversmiths, would be interesting to find out about that Connection.

Nice photo, Eva. The cross cultural thing stretching from the "-istans" to Yemen, Ethiopia and more does make it impossible to accurately know the origins of some pieces.
