My first guess is that these old silver tassels may have formed part of a headdress ornament. I find particularly interesting the central bead in the shape of a cross.

  • Tassel are used as decorarion for human and animal! Mostly by Turkomen/Afghanistan.
    Nowadays also in cars etc. I use it as decoration with a bag. But a tassel with a cross i have never seen . Very interesting!
