Yemen Silver, Metal Alloy & Bakelite Necklace.

This is in the Bawsani/Bedihi style but maybe with some anomalies. The chains are good silver as is the lower of the dangle beads. The other metal beads do not react to an acid silver test. Also they are not quite so well crafted as my definitely Bawsani/Bedihi silver beads so are perhaps later. They seem to be worn so are likely to be old though. The red beads were described as faturan at sale but I`m very sceptical about the the whole faturan/misketa description thing. Nevertheless they are nice barrel, possibly ex-prayer, beads.I`d welcome comments.
