the blach horns look like "Dikdik" horns -dainty deer-type animals from South Africa...but their horns are usually hollow...

these are indeed gazelle horns, employed heavily in Tunisia as prophylactic amulets in beliefs linked to maternity mostly.
Some elaborate examples come caped with silver, gilt or even gold sometimes enameled and embedded in very elaborate head ornaments.
The association with caury shell and coral is startling, both linked to a potential virginity to be lost in favour of procreation, with the red of the coral present to repel any evil eye or problem during delivery.
