    Yes, Edith, there is a Circasian community living in Jordan since a very long time. They were among others selected as guards for the King... such authentic pieces are now very rare and difficult to find. When I come across such beauties, I buy them immediately...

  • Yes, I know about the Circassian because I worked in Jordan for a number of years. Can you tell me, did you buy this in Karak? I have been there a couple of times, but spent most of my time in Amman.
