Necklace

This necklace is special. However, I am not sure about its origin, having bought it in Riyadh. The seller mentioned that it is Saudi. The center piece is like a small box, finely worked and can be opened. I have a very old necklace from Yemen (I bought it 9 years ago in Sana'a), which has very similar shaped and decorated silver beads as the 2 side elements. While most parts of this necklace are of a good silver, there are as well some low silver elements, such as the diamond shape plates on the cover of the box, on it. Any input is of course appreciated.
