  • These are beauties I love, but unfortunately they are  small wrists sizes so I have never been able to wear them just admire them.

  • Dear Ingrid. How gorgeous and so well cleaned! I have a pair of the wider middle bracelet, which I bought out of the Yemen. I will post them. Congratulations. Peter

  • Thank you Peter, They haven.t been cleaned since at least 30 yrs. but was kept after its first cleaning in carton boxes (away from oxician.  The middle one you refer to are  common in Ethiopia particularly  Wollo area, Harrar and especially the RashAida.  that is maybe were you get Yemen in the picture.  I d have these in different sizes and qualities.  I am curious in what class you are going to show, most probably a toppy , as you have such a trained eye.  I wait and see. GR. Ingrid.

  • These all all sooo beautiful, Ingrid!

I love the Rashaida cuff, but also the two outermost pieces and the one featuring crosses (2nd from right). I have never seen such a piece before...

  • A truly wonderful display.  My favorites are the Rashaida bracelet and the outer most bracelets.

  • Beautiful pieces of variable designs all attractive. Very nice to have all these  beautiful designs Ingrid Thanks for posting them.

  • Betty, Lynn, Peter and Mustafa, thank you. Betty the one with the crosses is an only one I have ever seen myself or at least offered to me. I bought in those days quite a number of small cuffs, because it was so easy to have a display of them under a glass table in Ethiopia, now I wouldn.t dare anymore. Sad. So they are now for the ones who start collecting. Gr. Ingrid.

  • wonderful pieces -  I understand they are too small to wear for average European wrists........what a pity, I feel like wearing them daily........
