    ethiopia is full of treasurs and the population is still producing in some deep areas the jewelry with the old tradition techniques and shapes. i hope it will continue.

    this Hairpin is also used as protection against bad spirits, the sound should keep them away and pull attention of nice men

  • @Thank you Ait Ouakli, this is interesting and good to know. I can well need some protection against bad spirits or rather bad people at the moment while I do not need attention of nice men.........(my husband would not appreciate that). . So I will wear it more often! Thanks
