Very unusual. Is this a fairly small piece? It looks like a tumar but it might be an eginlik ... which can be sewn to a sleeve and worn on the upper arm. Does it have loops on the other side for stitching? I have never seen one of these before. It certainly has hajj beads ... many of them :))
