  • the large Chevron bead in the center is actually an old copy of a drawn cane 7 layer chevron bead, these copies were cleverly made using the lamp wound technique, they can be more valuable than the "real" counterpart, the next strand (inside strand) is composed of drawn beads made with the aSpeo method, some say Dutch others say Venetians, they were made in both places I assume, the outside 2 strands are an assortment of typicla Venetian "fancies" some drawn others wound......the prices are as follows, the center bead is the most valuable, the next strand is also pricey, the outside 2 strands have mostly common types that are not so high dollar.
