Large 7 layer trade bead. I believe one of the oldest types around (?). Some pitting and chipping. Size about 28 by 22mm.

    A rare lamp wound copy of a drawn cane 7 layer, see Picard, "Chevron and Nueva Cadiz Beads" Volume 7, page 27 beads 90 & 91 for pictures of similar, your bead is technically better than the bead in the book, but related
