Very dramatic and a great feel for the metal.This black piece of cardboard that you bought was a great investment........I love the tiny flowers amidst the wavy motif.Are they old? Egyptian or Ethiopian?
Thank you very much to both. Yes, they are old. I bought them months ago from Marlene who attributted them to the area of the oasis of Al-Fayoum in Egypt or Upper Egypt. And ¡yes! the black cardboard is proving quite an asset! ;-))
