Impressive necklace ,Peter!
Absolutely fantastic texture!
Great piece Peter !!! Congrats…looks very expensive…..:-)
A wonderful and unique piece, Peter. It looks almost like a "defence" necklace with all its spikes...
How very beautiful and well balanced it is. I love the different textures of the beads working together. The cords look old; so I wonder if was it re-assembled many years ago, or have the threads been treated in some way?
I don't think it is strange at all for local women would often build up many a necklace on their chest and the result is always awesome.
Your move to restrung these was the way to go, a lovely conbination between silver, gold and coral
Stunning piece Peter!! :)
Fabulous! I am just returning from Muttrah having seen a single row necklace with an almost identical central pendant. May I ask which elements are from Sur and which from Sanaw? Were the other two necklaces you have seen also strung in a similar fashion or with different elements?
