    @Patricia Deany : the shell is huge and HEAVY, but the carnelian beads, & the shell beads are beautiful too !

  • yes, for me too jewelry is to be worn (I always wear my jewelry !)but this necklace is VERY HEAVY !! so cords must be very well strung ......

  • An excellent piece which should definitely be repaired - but properly so, not in amateurish fashion. You are - and remain - lucky to have got it.
