Hat with Dayak Bead Work

A men's hat with beaded hornbill pattern. I actually do not think that this type of hat is an indigenous form. I think it was probably brought to the island by the Javanese, but in any case the Dayak men now wear these. They have made the form to suit their identity with traditional bead work patterns. Purchased new at the Dayak Harvest Festival 2017.
