Very unusual and lovely. Would the bird represent a phoenix? Do they come into Moroccan culture at all, Ayis? I can see animism might include them but I`m not sure how they would appear in Judaism.
As for birds representations . it was a common jewish habit on jewels in Morocco : interpreted as a peacock when used as a pendant. an eagle or a dove on khamsas and belt buckles....
The spread tail here indicates a peacock maybe
