  • This interests me more from a scholarly perspective than aesthetically. I hope you won't mind my saying this, and I may later change my mind and feel that I misjudged it as art. But I don't think I would ever find it uninteresting!
  • Ha Joost, I do not mind at all...and besides, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. (although these really are not that spectacular) Interesting, that they certainly are!
  • Hi Sigrid, is this pendant on Ebay similar to yours?
    Item number: 400161661030
    M-A ;)
  • Hi Marie-Ange, It is a zar-amulet and similar to some of my zar-amulets (http://www.bedouinsilver.com/jewelry-from/jewelry-from-egypt/zar-je...), but not to this one. These are really rare, but if you see anything vaguely like it, I am always interested!

    dank je wel!

    Sigrid

  • Thanks Sigrid, yes if I find anything I think looks similar will send it to you.

Wish I would live closer to you and I would come and follow your classes.

    Groetjes Marie-Ange.
