This set was purchased several years back. It has Tripoli Hall Mark, High silver content. Dove and moon motifs-common motifs on Libyan Silver. Quite rare nowadays to find.

    Thank you Peter, These are quite old; based on the hall marks. They were probably crafted by professional Jewish silver smith. As I said in my comments these cuffs were purchased several years ago when old silver was plentiful and cheap.
