  • In many instances these types of bracelets in Libya are machine -pressed with fish and dove motifs. In some cases however, some hand-engraved items do appear in the market. These  have various types of styles depending on the silversmiths, but mostly have the dove and fish motifs .

  • Typical machine-pressed bracelt

  • Very beautiful, Mustafa. I like them a lot. Regards, Betty

  • Thank you Betty for your kind comment

  • This is fabulous Mustafa! I have a pair of machine pressed bracelets, which I like a lot (I previously posted them on this site) but to have a hand engraved pair is really special. Congratulations! Peter
  • Thank you Peter: Yes I remember you posted for me the machine-pressed one which I thought it had a vey beautiful design and good patina. As You know the machine-pressed ones have more attractive look especially if they have good design and patina like yours. Hand engraved have the touch of hand and finger print of the mastersmith.. So each has its advantage..
