Dogonriders and ring 2

These are made of Iron (bronze). The two figures I bought a long time ago in Mali directly in the Bandiagara region, the Little ring in between I just got now. Although I will not wear it as a ring, it is Kind of cute. The ring is 2 cm in Diameter and 6,2 cm high, while the Dogon figures are about 15 cm high. This pic just Shows the other side of pic 1

  • Lovely figures! Why not wear the ring if it's fitting - it'll surely attract some attention :-)

  • @Thank you Betty, it sure would attract attention, as it is very high! Perhaps once, when I go to a Malian Event from our  "Swiss Malian Club"....... although amongst the Malians in Switzerland I have not met a Dogon yet..

  • Very nice photo Eva.

  • @thank you Chantal, I felt the ring would look best between it s "big brothers"....

  • I had to smile. I like your sense of humour, Eva.

  • good for you, Thelma. Smiling helps to stay healthy!
