Comb with Silver

This beautiful yet simple comb is made from buffalo horn and embellished with good silver. I was told that it was from Timor, but a similar model from Lombok is shown on page 199 of Carpenter et. al.

I read one thing on line which claims that this is supposed to represent a Dewi Sri figure (fertility goddess). ???? Here is an effigy of Dewi Sri from Bali made from palm leaves.
