Fabulous, I love seeing this classic filigree shape with the extravagant dangles. Do you think this is Syrian?
Dear Lynn; Many thanks for your comments. It could be Syrian. However, I must say that all four of these buckles, which I have purchased from the same collector here in Amman, were most probably made by the same silver smith. Hence, it could as well be Syrian but I definitely believe that it is from the Levant. With kind regards. Peter
