A very impressive buckle, Peter.
I agree that Azerbaijan seems an unlikely place of origin. But perhaps it had travelled there. I recently found an Afghan earring and a Tunisian Khamsa in Georgia, so why not find a Bulgarian belt buckle in Azerbaijan? Kind regards, Betty
