Love it very much! India?
hi Marie-Ange, thanks, it's beautiful, isn't it! One of my books on bracelets told me this bracelet comes from Madhya Pradesh, indeed India! Too bad a little piece at the back is broken off. but still...
I'm planning to sell a few of my bracelets... More pictures will follow... and I'll have to find out how to use this website in the best possible way!
I suppose this is one of a pair anklets from Madhya Pradesh (like Mary Ange notes) if the diameter is about 14cm. So far I have not seen this type as bracelets.
Guess Harald is right about this beeing an anklet, it would be huge for beeing a bracelet, but still very nice!!
I agree: an anklet rather than a bracelet - needs to be opened, and is too "fat" for an armband.
