Very heavy at over 300g. Unsure of origin, perhaps one of you kindly experts could advise. Not sure why the opening is so very small, maybe it was made for a child. I am myself small and just struggled into it but I'm still throbbing from the experience!

  • This is an absolutely gorgeous find.  Congratulations!!  I believe this is either from Afghanistan or the Swat valley in northern Pakistan.  In "Schmuck in Afghanistan" there is a necklace with some similar elements on p 133 said to be from Ghazni in Afghanistan.
