Afghani? Indian? Silver torque, can anyone ID please!!

Very heavy at over 300g. Unsure of origin, perhaps one of you kindly experts could advise. Not sure why the opening is so very small, maybe it was made for a child. I am myself small and just struggled into it but I'm still throbbing from the experience!

    This is an absolutely gorgeous find.  Congratulations!!  I believe this is either from Afghanistan or the Swat valley in northern Pakistan.  In "Schmuck in Afghanistan" there is a necklace with some similar elements on p 133 said to be from Ghazni in Afghanistan.
