  • This is truely spectacular. Is this type of aggregation common to Algeria?

  • mostly niger, we have some zinder pendants in south of hoggar . ainguezam and bordjbadji elmokhtar

  • they are worn in a chain as this way or as hair rings

  • Never seen so many on one necklace this is something spectacular!

The red ones are not on the necklace butgive a nice color splash!

  • it does look spectacular! Also wonderful that the Zinder crosses seem to be good silver (rare). The necklace like this worn would be very heavy (too heavy for wearing normally). It is, however, a great view and I love it.

  • yes Harald, the red are not added to the chain. they are more for contrast. i have also as much in talhakimt. big , middle and small ones.

Eva. it is not to wear, it is arround 2 kg.

  • Ait, if it isnt worn then what is it? an ornament? A way of displaying these wonderful  zinder crosses?
