This women's sleevelss caftan is typical of the Zonguldak-Bartin region (western Black Sea Coast, Turkey). If the garment is quilted, it was part of a winter dress; if not: part of a summer dress. For your documentation: both full costumes, was worn by folk dance groups in Turkey.
