Very rare silver niello necklace

This one is rarely seen in its original string, wonderful niello and beautiful pendants, small amber and other material beads with the central pendant having a beautiful carnelian cabochon

Lovely necklace, particularly like the variety and color of beads between the pendants, this is original? The tanit pendants are nicely represented.
