thanx evrybody, there are missing stones but the overall shape is very balanced
The central element is exquisite. I am including here an Algerian piece which I have listed as a necklace but I really have no idea of its purpose. It reminds me of the central dangling elements on this headdress.
yess indeed patti, the two jewels do come from the chaouia berbers in algeria.
Yours is a necklace usually worn very tight around the neck with the dangles falling over the breast
