  • The central element is exquisite. I am including here an Algerian piece which I have listed as a necklace but I really have no idea of its purpose. It reminds me of the central dangling elements on this headdress. IMG_0980.JPG?width=737&height=552

  • yess indeed patti, the two jewels do come from the chaouia berbers in algeria.

    Yours is a necklace usually worn very tight around the neck with the dangles falling over the breast
