I think we were all greedy pirates that day!!!!
At least a kilo of silver left the selection above between us!
Looking forward to going back for more in January!!!!
and the prices were amazing too....We were all treated as commercial buyers........I don't think any of us could believe it!!

this surely looks like one of these old treasure boxes, hidden in some sunken ship.... I am glad I was not there, I would have overspent with all these treasures. And that is no good at the moment!
Takes my breath away! Where did you begin? How did you decide? How many hours did you pour over this feast??? Lucky people!
Yes, we were very lucky. Sarah emptied it piece by piece , we selected -- there was so much available that there was negligible competition. We then had our chosen pieces priced -- and the prices, at least in this dealer's shop, are unbelievably reasonable. This treasure chest was but one part of the selection, the walls of the room were hanging with other treasures to choose from. A day replete with beauty for any ethnic jewelry lover.
@thank you for telling us... always interesting! I must have missed a lot by not joining the trip. They look really fantastic.
Guess in such a treasure box there was something for you all to buy.
