  • Hi Veronica,

Very interesting and sumptuous  ornaments. Are they an answer to Ayis who commented on the apparent lack of interest for Northern/ western types of ethnic jewels?

  • Hi Chantal, yes they are gorgeous pieces. What is nice is that they still wear them in all the village parties. I saw the post of Ayis and thought  that it would be interesting to show some of the traditional jewellery of this part of Spain. xx

  • Nice! Thanks for posting. This investigation of European ethnic jewellery is extremely desirable.

  • It's wonderful to see design ideas passing between Spain and North Africa and to know the tradition is still alive.
  • I have never seen anything like these three pieces you have shared. Such intricate and delicate assemblage! Thank you for the education.
  • Thanks for the positive comments on the Ibicencan emprendadas! Hope to have added a grain on Ayis topic.
