Lots of this work coming out of India now. Many repros of Mughul era daggers, etc. Seeing as exact copies of Moroccan tea ware an carpets are now being mass-produced in India for the Western market, I can only see this extending into jewelry styles as well.
bracelet shape is reminescent of moroccan type, and damascene work can be found for many decades coming from the city of Meknes....dunno if it survived from a medieval tradition or have been introduced in the twenty century in Meknes by someone!!
Rather poor work compared to the indian stuff, coming from a city near Hyderabad known as BIDRI work from the city of BIDAR
Probably vintage moroccan stuff for the tourist market
