Is this considered zar jewelry?
Description
This type of bracelet is an ornament ,most of time with talismans writings and worn on the upper arm.Also in the Swat valley ( talismanic torques)

For me "Zar" are possession rituals in Egypt...and I really don't know if there is any link with this?

There are similarities but my upper hand has a different design ( no small balls and abstract talismanic engravings), has a different structure and no closing...it turns around the arm on a very supple way)...I don't think mine would be "zar"and that it is from bedouin...but I agree that the tracing of a juwel is sometimes difficult Best regards
