Nice combination.
Great design with a rustic and yet elegant fell to it!
Thank you Betty and Ingrid!
Beautiful necklace, nice combination
Thank you Ait. It's one of my favorites. And the funny thing is, I realized a few days ago that Marie Ange is the person from whom I bought these spindle whorls way back in 2006 on ebay. I just discovered this site about a month ago and when I saw her name and what she posted, I wondered if this was the same person. I remembered her because of her interesting pieces on ebay and she remembered me because of my name. Now we have communicated directly through this site and things have come full circle.
Lovely necklace and its a small world! I too have bought some lovely silver from Marie-Ange over the years. Silver that is not seen any more.
Thank you, Ann. It is a small world. And so many beautiful things and knowledgeable people from around the world are to be found on this site! I haven't travelled very much, but I'm getting a first rate itinerary and educational experience here!
It truly is a lovely necklace, too bad nice silver beads are very hard to find these days.
Thank you Marie-Ange. You helped!
Yes, it is a shame about the silver. I used to be able to find these Rajasthan beads made up into necklaces and bracelets on yarn for wholesale in a gallery in New York. I'd bring them home, take them apart and use them for my pieces. Sadly, the gallery closed last year.
