  • this is a real treasur. happy for you

  • never saw those cones before, they are lovely!!  great collection!

  • Wonderful collection. The two rings in the middle remind me of the old Mauretanian beads with little holes that are so hard to find.  Is the background fabric from one of those beautiful scarves you have on ebay?

  • Yes! the background is one of those scarves, though this one will debut in the fall as it is sewn to be double-sided with a complimentary color on the reverse.  I kept one just like this one :-)

I love the cones and first saw them last summer in Morocco.  Now I buy them all whenever I see them!

  • oh wow, one could become jealous! Wonderful Berber crosses, and the cone pendants!!! (really, I am getting a bit jealous ---------- just in a nice way!).  Great stuff,Hillary!

  • Hi Eva, Thank you!  I'd better get out my hamsas to protect me from the "evil eye" ;-)  I'll let you know if we get another nice, old southern cross in.  Hope your family is doing well in Mali.  Best wishes!

  • Hi Hillary, ok please let me know....My family in Mali-Niger is so so, someone not old just died from Typhus in Niamey in the hospital last weekend, we are still all shocked. But the others are more or less ok, thank you.
  • Yum! Wouldn't be able to pick a favourite :)
