Lovely pendant, there are matching bracelets like this to be found.
I have this identical pendant. Double sided, but the 5 carnelian stones are in a different order. Makes sense for them to be the 5 pillars of islam. I always wondered why they used so much material to make both sides identical? I strung mine with some carved turquoise beads of similar hue and some old silver beads, and enjoy wearing it.
