Silver anklet of unknown origin. Who can ID this?

Silversmith's hallmark or perhaps owner's name on several spots on the anklet, but difficult to photograph. Anyone idea from where this is from?

    Thank you so much for your input. The similarity between the 2 you posted and mine are striking. Yours are very nice too by the way. I added a close up photo of the stamp in Arabic. I hope someone can translate it for me.
