Full view of the artist drawing (Jill Last)of a lesser nobel in in full ceremonial outfit. The long shirt is a striped silk dress over which he wears the lion mane (or baboon fur)cloak, spear and decorated shield.

    interesting to see These ancient costumes and shields. There must have been quite different times then...with the emperor and the court.
