Maybe Tunisian?

I guess it is from Egypt-because of the fish symbols.
Anyway I've never seen the combination of agate stones and silver fishes before.
My first guess would have also been Tunisian, but the facetted agate are indeed unusual. Beautiful piece though!
faceted carnelians like this are often seen in Ottoman work.
