To my limited knowledge this seems berber?Is it an earring or could it be a part of a head ornament? The hook seems a bit to thick for the ear. The colors are not enamel but some kind of colored paste or paint. 11 cm.

It is indeed an earring from around the Ait ouaouzguit country / Ouarzazate region in South Morocco

The use of paint was a regular technique employed following the dwindle of using enamel
