  • Have you had the silver tested? For usually, for objects of this kind, it is not as high as you might think. As usually a fair bit of nickel and zinc are added to the silver it tends to look more expensive than in fact it is! But these are very nice anyhow, whatever the precise composition.
  • is belongs to Shui not miao, and this is a low silver bracelet cuz Shui use coin to make bracelets.

  • Thanks for the clarification. I'd like to change the description to reflect the Shui provenance, but I don't know how to edit the post. Hopefully anyone who views the image will also read the comments. This is indeed a really nice pair, with age, patina, and most importantly, Beauty. These were collected by my late husband in China many years ago.

  • Hi Susi: to edit the caption for your photo, go back to your page with the photo. Above the title of the photo, you will see, on the right, a box called "Options". Click that, and you will find "Edit" as one of the options. That way you can easily change the text that accompanies any of your photos after you have posted them. Not difficult - and believe me, I am almost IT illiterate. Good luck!
