the coins are italian (Vitorio Emanuele II, between 1850 und 1860), french (Napoleon III, between 1860 und 1870) one belgian (Leopold I, 1853) und arabic coins. all silver

it is Saoura Oase piece. used in extended large area until tuat in the west side ,and oulad nail/lybia in the east. even Hoggar.
it is a Temporal fertility and protection Amulett. the coins are always in ligne of 9 pieces , they represent the 9 months of pregncy. the beads represent eggs (fertility ) the corail represent long life, good health is also an eyecatcher.corail and kauri shell together are a protection against the evil and evil eye.
the chianes are a relique the same as sandal symbole and also representing the protection. it is usual to see amulettes made of coral,kauri and chaines / metal net . some pieces are already posted here in the site
