ouarzguit pendant

A very scarce double bailed pendant from the Siroua region of Morocco. Circa 1860.. I have suspended the pendant from an old Berber wedding band which I found in Tarroudant The Siroua mountains are the source of the finest Saffron. The jewellery from this region is scarce and has many wonderful unique features it belongs to the very small Ait Ouarzguit tribal group. This piece was a gift from a dear friend during a recent trip to Morocco. Thanks Mum x!!!!

  • This is beautiful. It resembles the agate pendant on the necklace I bought from you. Love what you have done with it.
