When we bought it, it wasn't yet certain that it was Greek, and I have come back to this piece to say that I have meanwhile found that yes, it is Greek - but meanwhile you had already come to that conclusion yourself! I don't think there can be any doubt about it. Amusingly, one of the people viewing it when I posted in on Facebook defiantly said that it was Greek and had nothing to do with Turkey! She was Greek herself, and annoyed at the thought it could possibly be Turkish ... I explained to her that culturally it's not quite as simple as that! But she was right in her identification.
