It's probably made by an Afghan/ Turkmen silversmith.
It looks to me more of the newly made bracelets types now going around from India?
More likely Turkmen as I bought them from an Aghani man in Turkey? I have two, slightly different, and there were/are signs of wear, and great internal stamping.
