  • I have a special spot in my heart for Mauritania, (due to trips to the border Mali-Mauritania near TImbuktu  and some camel travels with Mauritanian guides into the desert...and the Music of Dimi Mint Abba...and living some days in the tents of Mauritanian nomads in Mali, sharing some beautiful memories with the nomad ladies living in These tents......and staying some time in the houses of Mauritanian friends in TImbuktu........)
