she has definite caucasian features reminescent of tajiks or people from north east afghanistan and north west pakistan such as pamiris!! I see Howah thinks the same as me!!

Rather modern? The embroidery (under the head cloth) looks a bit like Turkmeen to me. The use of buttons can be in several countries. The earring and necklace do not look very old.
